He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Elbert Williams, Jr. (Van), Mike Williams, Mallory Hickey, Jan Queen (Hal) and Debbie Davis (Johnny); his grandchildren, Jessica Long (Drew), Heather Gattis (Mike), Christy Detter (Justin), Justin Davis and Suzannah Davis; his great grandchildren, Brycen Long, Carson Long, Aubrey Gattis, Delaney Gattis, Elise Gattis, Jackson Gattis, Zoey Detter and Logan Detter; and his sister Iris Burns. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
