He was predeceased by: his parents, Rancie Lee Moore and Nora Scott Moore; his wife Lorene Moore; his son Barry Moore; and his siblings, Louise Maness, Rancie "Bud" Moore Jr., Dee Moore, Howard Moore and Paul Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Kennedy (Nicky), Cynthia Forbes, Jeffrey Moore and Peggie Coble (Jamie); his siblings, Betty Garner, Valleen Maness, Wilma Davis and Roy Moore; his stepson Scott Prewitt; his stepgrandchildren, Farrah Prewitt and Brock Sloan (Emily); his grandchildren, Jessica Forbes, Meziah Spencer, Melita Spencer, Naomi Spencer and Nicholiah Coble; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Leo Sloan, Finley Sloan and Brandon Ambriz.
Due to COVID restriction no visitation is planned.
