She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Anderson and Vinnie Waldroup Anderson; her husband Melvin Wiggins; and her brothers, Vernon, Boyd and Donald Lee Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Ann Smith (Jimmy), Marvin Wiggins (late Jerline) and Linda McClung (Marshall); and her grandchildren, Dale Wiggins (Dianne), Kim O'Neal (Gregg) and James Smith (Jessica).
