He is survived by: his wife Raine Smith Williford; his mother Dorothy Clark Williford of Everetts; his children, Blake Bernard Williford (Brittany) of Fayetteville, Braxton Smith Williford and Carah Conoley Williford of Washington; and his sisters, Eugenia Clark Williford of Alexandria, VA and Louise Wynn Bennett of Elm City.
