He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Bernard Jenkins Sr. and Melba Ruth Jenkins; and his brother Joel Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Anne Jenkins; his children, John Thomas Jenkins and Kendall Jenkins; his brother William Jenkins; and his sibling's children, Cristen Watson, Leigh Anne Hills and Trevor Jenkins.
