He is survived by: his wife En Hua Yang Lassiter; his children, Annette Spivey, Preston Lassiter and Billy Lassiter; his stepson Zhi Wei Ning; his sister Darlene Lassiter Clarkson; and his grandchildren, Suede Lassiter, Sunshine Lassiter, Violet Spivey and Zande Piece.
