He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Ray Taylor, Sr. and Sarah Garris Taylor; and his sisters, Katherine Diane Taylor and Janet Taylor Norton. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Lib" Taylor; his children, Michael Cherry and Jennifer Taylor; his grandsons, Kayden Arp and Levi Arp; his stepmother Cynthia "Cindy" Taylor; and his siblings, Jimmy Taylor Jr., Jerry Driggers (Doug), Sara Lewis (Joel), Brenda Bennett (Jim) and Mica Romanchock Traci Roscoe (Beverley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
