With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doran Edward Cook Jr. (Rockingham, North Carolina), who passed away on May 9, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Doran E. Cook Sr. and Cecilia Runyon Cook. He is survived by: his wife Elma Williams Cook; his children, Karen E. Walker (Robert) and Doran E. Cook III of Charleston, SC.; his brother Randall C. Cook of Garden City; his grandchildren, Karen Elizabeth Cook and Doran E. Cook IV of Charleston, SC.; and his great grandchild Shayleigh Elizabeth Cook.
Due to COVID-19 a private family graveside service will be held this week at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
