She is survived by: her husband Gary Franklin Shumake, Sr.; her sons, Gary F. Shumake, Jr. (Sue), James Dwayne "Jamie" Shumake (Windy) and Kenneth Bagby; her grandchildren, Farren Wilkinson (Kyle), Devin and Clay Shumake; her great grandchildren, Karlyn and Brynn Manuel; her brother Dean Belton; her stepbrothers, Terry and David Devore; her sisters, Marie and Debbie Belton; and her stepsister Cindy Gooch.
