She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Baize Pankey and James Pankey; and her brother Charles Pankey. She is survived by: her husband William David Parker, Sr.; her son Mangus Q. Allen; her stepchildren, Joyce Parker, David Williamson (Toleather), Rick Allen (Ivory) and William "Peanut" Parker, Jr. (Tamika); her siblings, Joyce Graves (John), Mamie Goodlett and Robert Pankey (Carol); her aunt Pauline Barnett; her siblings-in-law, Catherine Florine Parker, Patsy Blackwell (Billy), Dorothy Fountain, Viola Blackwell (Lee Mac) and Curtis Parker (Judy); her close friends, Jackie Rayburn, Caleb Lane and Adolphus Keesee, Jr.; and also Troy Blackwell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
