It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda G. Alfonso of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Barbara Bennett Gardner and William Gardner; her husband Richard Alfonso; her children, Sonja Buchanan (Stephen) and Christopher Alfonso (Sara); her grandchildren, Paige, J. R. (Dallas Rushing), Camden and Cutler Alfonso; her great grandchild Allie Rose; her godson Gene Gardner; and her pet Duke. She was also cherished by 6 siblings and many nieces and nephews.
