She is survived by : her siblings, Leroy Blackwell, Joe Lewis Blackwell, Howard Dennis Blackwell, Patricia Henderson, LeVon Ulvano, Bruce Anthony Blackwell, Doris Blackwell-Brown, Brenda Richards, Mary Henderson (Butch), Sandra Blackwell, George Larry Blackwell, Kenneth Blackwell (Rhonda), John Gary Blackwell, Edward Blackwell (Rosemary), Michael "Ricky" Blackwell (Jeanette), Daryl Willis, Douglas Willis and Leon Mills; her aunts and uncles, Thomas Hooper, Sr. (Barbara), Mildred Benton, Marie Slade (Theron) and Lorenzo Hooper; her nieces, Lauren McKiver and Rochelle Long; her cousin Joyce Blackwell; her father-in-law Willie Lee Johnson, II; and her friends, Shirley Graves, Evelyn King and Kathy Hall. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
