He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Carter of Virginia and Lacy Frances Manley; and his sister Sylvia Tucker. He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Ozment, Tammy Wagnor, Ginger Manley, George Manley (Patricia), John Manley (Cindy), Lacy Manley, Jr., Ernest Manley and Deborah Harmond. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
