He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clifford Peninger, Sr. and Margaret Carter Page; and his brother Peter Page. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lassiter Peninger; his daughter Kim Floyd (Dale) of Rockingham; his grandchildren, Hunter Floyd (Laine) and Kendal Floyd Speigel (Bryce); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Lennon and Emersyn Floyd; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Lee (Carl), Donna Hamilton (Jeff), Mary Jane Lassiter and Phyllis Lassiter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
