Jimmy Lee Brigman Obituary

Jimmy Lee Brigman of Rockingham, NC passed away September 22 2025 at the age of 88. He was born May 23 1937 in Rockingham, NC. He was the Son of Walter Lee Brigman and Eva Lee Welch Brigman. Jimmy’s life was also marked by service, having bravely served in the US Army. He also was a Beekeeper. He was the Owner and Operator of Brigman Heating and Air until he retired. In his spare time since he retired, he enjoyed making picture frames out of real wood. Jimmy is survived by his Loving Wife of 65 years, Clara Poole Brigman. His children; Christian Brigman (Bonnie), Polly Everett (Kenneth) and John Brigman who were a source of great joy for him. He was equally proud of his Grandchildren; Amber Brigman, Christin Brigman and Kelly Everett. As well as his great-grandchildren-Lilly, James, Nevaeh and Jordan- who brought immense happiness into his life. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Lee Brigman, and mother, Eva Welch Brigman, who surely welcomed him with open arms after his long journey. Jimmy is also survived by his siblings, Walter Brigman and Glennie Dodds, who carry forward his memory with every shared story and laughter that echoes from the love they once built together.
A graveside service to honor the life of Jimmy, will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Northam Cemetery with Military Honors. Family will receive friends following the service.
