He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie E. Warner and Alma G. Webb Warner; and his sisters, Doris Warner Criscoe and Arlene Warner Russell. He is survived by: his wife Frances Outen Warner; his daughters, Sherry Lynn Warner of Lake Tillery and Nancy Jo Warner Campbell (Mike) of Little River, SC; his grandchildren, Matthew Joel Smith (Magen) of Albemarle, NC and Allison Warner Campbell of Wilmington, NC; and his great grandchildren, Tyson Smith of Albemarle, NC, Cora Smith of Albemarle, NC, Millie Smith of Albemarle, NC and Numerous.
Due to COVID-19, a private graveside service will be held this week at Eastside Cemetery.
