She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Snead and Nell McRae Snead; her daughter Myra Bridges Hughes; and her siblings, Monroe Snead, Catherine S. Ballard, Mildred Snead, Glen Snead, Doris S. Coble, Martha S. Surrett and Grey S Meggs.
She is survived by: her significant other Jack Bridges; her daughter Robin Bridges Wood; her grandchildren, Nikki Mahmutovic (Damir), Brooke S Dawkins (P. T.), Robbie Stebbins (Crystal), Blake Hughes and Blaire Hughes; her great grandchildren, Maddy Dawkins, Presley Dawkins, Nolan Dawkins, Dylan Smith and Elijah Stebbins; and her siblings, Mike Snead (Eunice) of Virginia and Brenda Snead of Tennessee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made in Joyce's memory to the Jack Bridges Youth Department at Cordova Baptist Church.
