She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda C. Jackson (Richard) of Clayton, Linda C. Pike (Cliff) of Elm City, NC and Richard Cook (Teresa) of Wilson; her stepchildren, Charles Alton Pearson, Jr. (Lisa) of Summerfield, Pamela Kim Pearson of Greensboro and Altina P. Layman (Nial) of Greensboro; her daughter Jackie Whicker (Kenny) of Reidsville; and her pet Cinnamon. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
