She was predeceased by: her mother Lula Beatrice Mishoe Osborne; her husband Adam Wilson Locklear Sr.; her parent Jess Wilson Osborne; and her siblings, Leroy Osborne, Helen Ross, Pearl Cox, Alene Gainey and Clyde Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Adam Locklear and Amy Hatcher; her son-in-law Leonard Hatcher; and her grandson Ethan Locklear.
