It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Terry Bethune of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Pearson and Annie May Sanford Terry; her husband John Calvin Bethune; and her siblings, John Wesley Terry and Betty June Lathan.

She is survived by: her children, Dianne Scott (Jerry) and John Calvin Bethune, Jr. (Juanita); her grandchildren, Wade Bailey (Jennifer), Jeremy Scott and Hannah Mauldin (Chris); and her great grandchildren, J. C., Carter, Cheyenne Bailey, Reed Scott and Waylon Mauldin.
