He is survived by: his parents, Alvis Thomas Crabtree of Reidsville and Glenda Devore Corum; his daughter Sonya Crabtree of Eden; his stepfather Stanford Corum of Eden; his siblings, Bradley D. Crabtree of Reidsville, Cynthia D. Cundiff of Reidsville and Jill Crabtree Turner of Gibsonville; and his grandchildren, Justice Seely, Reagan McNeely and Grayson Mcneely.
