He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Dora Capel Baldwin; his wife Sarah Dunn Baldwin; and his siblings, Leo Baldwin, Jessie Baldwin, Laura Baldwin, Louise Baldwin Lassiter, Bennett Baldwin of John Baldwin, W. S. and Betty Baldwin D'Elia.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph C. Baldwin, Jr. (Lu Shep) and Sharon Baldwin Bailey (Roger); his grandsons, Michael Bailey (Tanya), Matthew Bailey (Reva), Adam Baldwin (Rachel) and Neal Baldwin (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Tucker Bailey, Tenley Bailey, Soffe Bailey, Drew Baldwin and Sam Baldwin; and his niece Iris West. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
