We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2022, at the age of 75, Sam Wesley Martin Jr. of Rockingham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie Williams Martin and Sam Martin, Sr.; and his sister Charlotte Martin. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Mitchell, John Martin and Barbara Smith; his wife Mary Wade Martin; his children, Rodney Martin, Pleshette Moevi (Alin) and Sharon Waggoner (William); his siblings, Rose Martin, Ernestine Martin, Bessie Galloway, Annie Pearl Weathers (Eddie), Donnie Martin (Patra) and Michael Martin; and his close friend William Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
