She is survived by: her brother Joe Louis Neal; her daughters, Tyneika Neal and Quatisha Neal McMurtry (Christopher); her grandchildren, Kaiden Neal and Jayden Stone; her siblings, Diane Galloway (John), James A. Neal (Rosa), Elder Larry Neal (Phyllis) and Jerry Bailey (Janice); her stepsister Ann Sutton; her nephew Toy Bailey; her sisters-in-law, Eva Neal and Sandra Neal; and her close friends, Portia Strong, Edna Hairston and Kena Dillard. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
