It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Jean Stallons of Rockingham, North Carolina, born in Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Gainey and Etta Ree Freeman Gainey; her husband Dale Stallons; and her siblings, Gloria Brunson, John D. "Larry" Gainey, Jr., Bobby Ray Gainey, Ronnie Gainey, Donnie Gainey and Grady Gainey.
She is survived by: her children, Marshall Gainey of Hartsville, Brittney Weatherford (Josh) of Effingham and Ranada Freeman (Nick); her grandchildren, Ashely Bowen (Devrixk), Nyla Gainey, Branden Freeman, Noah Williams, Nathaniel Poston, Joshiah Poston, Jonah Poston, Daniel Jones, Joseph Carnes, McKenlee Kendrick, Maddox Weatherford, Brynlee Weatherford and Lemuel Pate; her great grandchildren, Aalyiah Gainey, Ka'maya Bowen and Ky'ree Bowen; and her siblings, Jimmy Gainey (Jody) of Abbeville, SC and Sandra Buff (Thomas A. Heyer) of Darlington.
