It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marla Blake (Rockwell, North Carolina), born in Salisbury, North Carolina, who passed away on August 10, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Virginia "Lorene" and Walter Aaron "Hoppy" Hopkins; her siblings, Walter Aaron "Ron" Hopkins Jr. and Scarlett Hopkins Neal; her nephew Christopher Hopkins; her significant other Christy; her sisters, Stephanie Hopkins Fields and Carmen Sheree Hopkins; her siblings' children, Stephen Dyson, Sean Edward Hopkins and Tiffany Hopkins; and her great-niece Annabelle Grace Dyson.
