It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Vrooman (Rockwell, North Carolina), born in Endicott, New York, who passed away on July 28, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Nelson Vrooman; her sisters, Marion Coles and Laura Every; and her son-in-law John Dulin. She is survived by: her children, Carol Dulin of Flushing, MI, David Vrooman (Griselda) of San Antonio, TX, Karen Mitchell (Donald) of Rockwell and Keith Vrooman (Lynda) of Salisbury; and her siblings, Ralph Sickler and Hilda Corson. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rufty Holmes Senior Center, 1120 S. MLK Jr.
