He was predeceased by: his parents, Cayce Owen and Mary Shuping Owen; and his siblings, Charles E. Owen and Roberta Owen Nail. He is survived by: his friends, Chi Chi, Razzle and Soxy; his wife Linda Bringle Owen; his children, Alisha Caye Owen of Rockwell, Miriam Owen Vanderlaan (Paul Sizemore) of China Grove and David Wayne Owen (Cheryl) of Richfield; and his grandchildren, Jordan Anne Owen, Riley Michael Vanderlaan, John David Owen and Jessica Ann Vanderlaan.
