She was predeceased by : her parents, Beulah M. O'Neal and Fredrick B. O'Neal; her husband Valton G. Midgett; her daughter Tina M. Outten; and her siblings, Helen Midgett, Zenovah Hooper, Cynthia Williams, Olive Patrick, Fredrick, Oscar, Arval and Jimmy O'Neal.

She is survived by : her daughter Connie Page (Randy); her son-in-law Paul Outten; her sister-in-law Jazania O'Neal; and her grandchildren, David (Holly), Ryan (Danielle), Lovie (Jason), Paula (David), Andy (Kristen) and Jonathan. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
