She was predeceased by : her parent Valton Gilbert Midgett of Rodanthe, NC.. She is survived by : her parent Lovie O'Neal Midgett; her husband Paul Arthur Outten; her children, Paula Decker (David) of Chesapeake, VA, Paul Andrew Outten (Kristen) of Stafford, VA and Jonathan Arthur Outten of Rodanthe, NC; her grandchildren, Christina, Ryleigh, Chance, Lauren (Josh) and Cory; and her sister Connie Virginia Page (Randy) of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
