He is survived by : his children, Brenda Transou (Kris) of Elkin, Beverly Vernon (David) of Dobson and Dale Reynolds (Barbara) of Roaring River; his siblings, Howard Reynolds of Ronda, Paul Reynolds of Wilkesboro and Velda Martin (Jimmy) of Jonesville; his grandchildren, Wendy Norman, Bobbi Johnson (Marty), Stacey Norman, Joshua Vernon, Hannah Dudley, Brent Reynolds (Brandi) and Matthew Reynolds (Chassidy); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Cameron Johnson, Jace Johnson, Logan Norman, Levi Seiber, Jonah Dudley, Lacy Dudley, Kylee Reynolds, Bayla Reynolds and Adalyn Reynolds.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Little Elkin Baptist Church or donors' choice.
