It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Pender Gant of Ronda, North Carolina, born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on August 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Monroe Pender and Minnie Lee Isenhour Pender; and her brother Buddy Pender. She is survived by : her husband James Gant, Jr.; her children, James Gant III (Jimmy), Linda Gant Gibson and Charles "Dale" Gant; and her brothers, Joe Pender and Jerry Pender. She is also survived by 44 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and step grandchildren.
