She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Locklear and Angeline Locklear; her former husband Richard Dial; her husband Jack Jones; and her daughters, Linda Simpson of Leland, Luzzette Bullard of Rowland, Vickie Locklear (Vance) of Rowland, Marsha Locklear (Clemet) of Rowland, Loretta (Clark) of Rowland and Sandra Locklear. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great grandchildren.
