She was predeceased by : her son Ellis William Frazier; her parents, Wallace Brooks and Wilma Brooks; and her siblings, Doris Brinson and Ellis Brooks.
She is survived by : her husband Hansel McDougal of Roxboro; her children, Lee Frazier (Kate) of Raleigh, NC, Erica Frazier and Wallace Lamont Frazier of Raleigh; and her sisters, Jean Powell of Silver Spring, MD and Janice Drumwright (Joseph) of Roxboro. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
