She was predeceased by: her husband Birt Holsclaw; and her brothers, Donny and Dicky Crouse. She is survived by: her children, Donald Holsclaw of Rural Hall, Paula Burgess of State Road and Jennifer Holbrook of Jonesville; her siblings, Ken (Cindy Crouse), Gary (Pam Crouse) and Sue Manning of Dobson; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Childress, Amber Pierce, Donny Holsclaw, Ashley Holbrook, Kara Smith and Hope Holbrook. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and serveral nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the GID Branch Baptist Church (11001 Haystack Rd, Thurmond, NC 28683). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted, and memorials may be made to Gid Branch Baptist Church, 11001 Haystack Rd, Thurmond, NC 28683.
