He is survived by: his parents, Rosa Elena Portillo (Jose Andres Rivas Portillo) of Rivas and Maria Delgado; and his children, Franklin Portillo, Julio Portillo Delgado and Vanessa Portillo Delgado. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
