She was predeceased by : her mother Hazel Bailey Dickerson; her son Michael Scott Denning; her brother Richard Dickerson; her grandparents, James and Lydia Bailey; and her husband Gene Denning.
She is survived by : her son Dr. Steve Denning (Judy) of Canton; her daughter-in-law Andrea Denning of Spindale; her grandsons, Christopher Denning and Kurt Denning of Canton; and also Wayne Jackson of Rutherfordton.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in Faye's memory be made to Rutherfordton Presbyterian Church. 252 North Washington Street, Rutherfordton, North Carolina 28139.
