He was predeceased by : his parents, Odell Dimsdale and Cordie McDaniel Dimsdale; and his brothers, Arnold, Eugene, Homer and Morris Dimsdale.
He is survived by : his wife Lois White Dimsdale; his children, Donna Dimsdale Housman (Eric) of Concord, NC, Greg Dimsdale (Donna) of Inman, SC and Jeff Dimsdale (Rhonda) of Woodruff, SC.; and his sister Sylvia Whitener of Forest City.
