It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Stepp Seay of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Stepp and Nellie Stepp; and her husband Jim Seay. She is survived by : her children, Wanda Jones (Tim), Brenda Lee (Bruce), Danny Seay (Anne) and Terry Seay (Dawn); and her brother Douglas Stepp. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
