She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Parker and Thelma Parker; her husband Brady; her sisters, Helen Rose (Edward Barker), Jean (Walker Bellamy) and Martha (Bobby Tew); and her siblings-in-law, Carol Jean and Joe Cannady.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie McDonald (Ralph) of Aberdeen and Ken Parker (Roberta) of Roseboro; her granddaughters, Meghan Core (Ethan) of Dunn and Sydney Baggett (Josh) of Godwin; and her sister Frankie Tyndall (Billy) of Raleigh. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
