She is survived by: her husband Charlie Sipes; her children, Donna Oakley (Nathan Sprinkle), Ronald Sipes and Jason Sipes; her grandchildren, Rebecca Boger (Cody), Jennifer Oakley, Lisa Oakley and Austin Oakley (Cassidy); her great grandchildren, Gabriella Boger, Cora Boger, Claudia O'Neal, Nova Stiller and Kamari Stiller; and her siblings, Bobby Livengood (Sherrie), Janie Smillie (Ronald), Glenda Fugett (Jimmy), Gail Medlin (Tim) and Ann Witt (Kenneth).
