He is survived by : his stepchildren, Virginia Bradshaw of Salisbury, NC and Darrell Smith of Salisbury, NC; his grandchildren, Tiffany Layton of Salisbury, Heather Szalay (Cory) of Salisbury and Nicholas Basinger of Salisbury; his great grandchildren, Jackson Hall and Cameron Szalay; his brother Ronald Murray (Minnie); his niece Jennifer; and his nephew Jeffrey.
