Parks, III (Tracei) of Winter Haven, FL and Shawnda Jefferson (Ellis) of Harrisburg; his sister Geraldine Miro of Orangeburg, SC; his grandchildren, Marche'Westray, Christian Westray, Sidnie Parks, Lieutenant James Thaddeus Parks, Kendall Jefferson and Ellis Chase Jefferson; and his friends, Von Jacobs, Kimberli Thomas, Melanie McCant, Gwendolyn Chunn, Gerald Poe, Larry Poe, Ulysses Bell, William Dudley, Thurman Hampton, Dr. Bryant, Kay Norman and Gerald Rush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
