It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Roe Auman Jr. (Sandy Ridge, North Carolina), who passed away on September 20, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Roe. He is survived by: his parent Minnie Freeman Auman.
Surviving are his children, David Bradford Auman (Judy), Brenda Auman Perry (Chuck), Charles Mark Auman (Linda) and Bryan Timothy Auman (Stephanie; brother, Harvey Donald Auman; sister, Clara Jean Holt; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on September 30, 2018 at Jones Springs United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the home of Bryan Auman. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Health Hospice House, 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374 or to Jones Spring United Methodist Church, c/o Anne Lomax, 816 Sycamore Lane, Jackson Springs, NC 27281).).
