He was predeceased by: his father Reuben Donald Hennis, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Molly Hutson Hennis; his son William Ross Hennis; his extended family, Crystal Hennis, Tabbie Hennis, Heath Hutson, Joe Neal, Carol Neal, Susie Hennis, Diane Neugent and Jenine Hennis; and his close friend Jennifer "Peanut" Schneider.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Chapel of Colonial Funeral Home (1020 Hope Beasley Rd, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
