It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelda Moorefield Walden (Sandy Ridge, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Moorefield and Hazel York Moorefield. She is survived by: her husband David Walden; her stepsons, Gregg Walden (Susan) and Michael Walden; her daughter Leslie Craddock (James); and her brother Billy Earl Moorefield. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
