He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay W. Eads and Maxie Denkins Eads; his wife Carol Simpson Eads; and his sons, Jason Eads and Shannon Eads.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara E. Hickman (James) of Sanford, Ann E. Grant (Wayne) of Hampstead, NC and Marshall Eads (Nadine); and his stepchildren, Kathleen Davis and Danny Clark.
