He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee Knipple, Sr. and Lora Ellen Knipple. He is survived by: his wife Jean Faye Cooke; and his sisters, Becky Cowan of Kernersville, Mary Knipple of Sanford and Maggie Knipple Baldwin (Randy) of Bear Creek. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
