He is survived by: his mother Mary Lee Fallen Marks; his wife Melinda Moore Marks; his children, Cody Lee Marks, Ryan Owen Marks, Anna Bree Marks and Devon Giles (Amber); his siblings, Brenda Bettis (Allen), Chris Marks (Jody), Selena Marks, Danielle Bond and Bob Bond; his grandchildren, Makayla, Andy and Logan; and his stepmother Scottie Marks (Ellen).
