She was predeceased by: her parents, D. C. Holler and Inez Johnson Holler; her husband Henry O. Womack; her daughter Susan Womack Plyler; and her brother D. C. Holler Jr. Mrs.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Womack (Kathie) of Sanford; her grandchildren, Brian Womack (Sarah) and Dr. Maggie Wester (Jonathan); her son-in-law Justin Plyler of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren-in-law, Hank Plyler and Sims Plyler (Tara); and also, Kylie and Hannah. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
